Lula’s proprietary Menu Analysis tool identified 14 additional categories for DMG to add to Uber Eats, Grubhub and DoorDash and recommended increasing overall menu count from under 200 to over 2,000. Piloting the enhanced menu at one store resulted in significant revenue growth and notably, no decrease in order completion rate or spike in store ops issues. Once the changes were rolled out to all stores, DMG's team saw incremental improvement in digital commerce execution.
